The firm has represented and continues to represent various Trusts in handling Trust related litigations before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Judicature at Bombay and the City Civil Court at Bombay. The firm has an excellent practice in Trust related matters before the Charity Commissioner including filing of Schemes for the Administration of Trusts, Change Reports etc.
