Mr. Saswat Pattnaik has been associated with the Firm since 2011 and currently heads its Delhi office.

Known for his strategic, solution-oriented approach, he balances assertive advocacy with a pragmatic, non-adversarial style to ensure outcomes aligned with his clients’ business and personal objectives.

A seasoned litigator with over 14 years of experience, he specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on Supreme Court litigation and procedural strategy.

He regularly represents the Firm before the Supreme Court of India, as well as various High Courts and Tribunals. Additionally, he has extensive experience handling both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations on behalf of clients.

Mr. Pattnaik’s practice spans a broad spectrum of civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory matters, including aviation law, admiralty, company law, taxation, real estate, medical negligence, commercial and contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy. He has advised and successfully represented domestic and international airlines, listed and unlisted companies, multinational corporations, major trusts, public sector undertakings (PSUs), leading hospitals, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), non-resident Indians (NRIs), and family offices in high-stakes disputes.

He is a member of both the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) and the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA).

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Pattnaik enjoys exploring diverse cultures through travel and cuisine.
