Mr. Rajesh K. Satpalkar is a highly accomplished legal professional qualified as an Advocate, Solicitor, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary with a Master’s degree in Law, with about 30 years of professional experience. Specializing in real estate, he regularly advises clients on structuring complex deals; drafting detailed documentation to protect their interests; and skilfully negotiates transactions for the benefit of clients; in relation to development/redevelopment and other similar projects.

In addition to real estate, he has an extensive background in dispute resolution, dealing in contentious litigation and arbitration, representing both domestic and multinational corporations across a range of industries, including hospitality; construction and infrastructure; metals; and consultancy. As an Advocate on Record in the Supreme Court of India, he also frequently appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court to represent clients in various matters.
