Ms. Poorva Garg has been associated with the firm since January 2015.
She specializes in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, insolvency & bankruptcy, real estate disputes and transactions, testamentary, writ petitions and admiralty matters. She regularly appears before various Courts/Tribunals/Forums including the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunals, Bombay City Civil Court and Arbitration Tribunals for domestic and international clients.
